Our Story
This partnership stemmed from a passion for travel & real estate. We wanted to provide safe, cozy environments for frequent travelers and discovered the realm of short term rentals. We remove our property owners' worries about tenant vacancies and evictions through guaranteed income.

Deep Industry Knowledge
Each unit has ring video cameras mounted at the entryway that are always being watched. Each apartment has noise detectors that convey notifications to the nearby onsite support workers. if the noise level is above a specified threshold. Each door has a smart lock installed. Each visitor receives a unique code, which is then removed after check-out.
Trust & Safety
The entire cleaning crew works for us directly. We don't contract out our cleaning to a different business. This enables us to maintain a professional level of cleanliness after each stay and to have the highest level of quality control over our cleaning standards. Because we understand how crucial cleaning is to receiving five-star evaluations, our crew is taught to pay attention to even the smallest of details.
